Robert Geller for Levi’s F/W 09
Take an award winning NY based menswear designer, give him access to an iconic denim brand’s archives, and what do you get? You guessed – a big buzz generation/collection. But in the case of Robert Geller for Levi’s the hype is well deserved! Geller’s weathered, turn-of-the-century aesthetic is a perfect match to Levi’s image and history, which resulted in a capsule collection (11 items) boasting with well crafted, carefully detailed, vintage inspired denim pieces.
“The most important thing I tried to do was to get to the source of what I think makes Levi’s so cool, while bringing to that my own ideas that might make the garments more modern and nice for my customers” Geller said, “job well done!” we say.
From Sept. 10 at select Bloomingdale’s and bloomingdales.com, and at select Levi’s stores from Sept. 21
